The terms. Pay to play fair.
Eight plain-English terms. You pay for visibility, rank is never locked, and fraud never wins.
1. What you're buying
A position on the JustHype leaderboard proportional to your bid. You're paying for visibility and placement — nothing more, nothing less.
2. Rank is live, not locked
Your position changes as others bid. Someone who pays more will sit above you. That's the deal. Bids are non-refundable once a listing is live.
3. You own your listing
You confirm you have the right to submit the URL and content shown. Don't submit other people's projects without permission, and don't misrepresent what a link leads to.
4. No refunds for removal
If your listing breaks the Rules and gets removed, or you ask us to remove it, your bid isn't returned. Bid responsibly.
5. Payments & processing
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments. We set the price; they handle the money. Disputes and chargebacks follow their process and may get a listing frozen.
6. Service as-is
JustHype is a side project provided without warranties. The site may go down, change, or evolve. We'll keep the board honest, but we can't guarantee traffic, clicks, or fame.
7. We can enforce these
JustHype may edit, freeze, or remove listings that break these terms or the Rules, without preserving position. Fraud gets reported, not refunded.
8. Changes to terms
These terms may update as the site grows. Continued use of the board after changes means you accept them.
